The Centigon Fortress 300 VR7 Escort is Centigon France’s armoured SUV. Built on the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 platform, this vehicle revolutionises the concept of an armoured vehicle. Designed to fulfil numerous missions (escort, liaison, patrol, etc.), it is constructed around a new modular architecture providing:
- Uncompromised protection thanks to comprehensive ballistic certification in the laboratory to VR7 level,
- Unprecedented flexibility in option configurations,
- Enhanced mobility with fully modified and rigorously tested ground connections to maintain the comfort and safety of the base vehicle,
- New interior ergonomics, closely resembling the original vehicle and adapted to the most demanding users.
An INTERVENTION version is also available, specifically designed for intervention groups. It features great interior modularity to equip the vehicle according to the operators’ needs, enabling it to fulfil a wide variety of missions, including: intervention (hostage rescue, etc.), search and apprehension of heavily armed individuals, surveillance, pursuit, etc
